5. NUTRITIOUS FOOD CONSUMPTION
Healthy hair requires good nutrition. Lack of protein and vitamin intake can cause hair loss, dullness, redness, dandruff, and eventually fall out. 6. BINDING THE HAIR WHEN  EXERCISING
